EXPECT SHIPPING DELAYS :(
Due to COVID-19, USPS is taking longer than usual to process and ship orders. Please allow for an additional 5-7 days on top of the current shipping timeline.
Most orders take 3- 5 business days (not including holidays or weekends) to process. This DOES NOT include shipping timeline or delays caused by USPS. Please read shipping timeline below.
Penny Puede offers First Class and Priority USPS shipping across the United States.
First Class shipping usually takes 5 - 7 business days from date of package dispatch. However, it is not unheard of to receive your package within 2-3 days from date of dispatch. Yay for happy surprises! :)
Priority shipping usually takes 3 business days from date of package dispatch. THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO DELAYS CAUSED BY COVID-19. PLEASE READ ABOVE.
We offer worldwide shipping via USPS First Class International. Please select your country at checkout for shipping rates. You are responsible for any custom fees once package arrives to your country. Shipping timeline will vary, please allow for at least 3 - 4 weeks delivery.
PLEASE ALLOW AT LEAST 24-48 HOURS FOR TRACKING NUMBER TO UPDATE.
STOLEN / LOST PACKAGES
We are not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. I'm a one Mama show and can not afford to replace items which have been lost or stolen. For these issues please contact USPS directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS.
EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
We offer a ONE TIME size exchange. Please reach out via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or DM via Instagram @pennypuede. If your item and the size you wish to exchange for is in stock we will offer a ONE TIME exchange. You are responsible for shipping the item you wish to exchange back to us. Once it has been received the new item will be sent out to you. Please note that we will not exchange worn items.
This is a one Mama operation and I literally can't afford to cover any additional shipping costs. :(
We do not offer returns or refunds of any kind to any of our products including gift cards.
SENT DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
In the case of a damaged item or if you received the wrong item, please reach out via email at email@example.com within or DM via Instagram @pennypuede within 7 days to correct the issue. We cannot help you after a week or if the item has been worn/used. We are not responsible for wear and tear.
